Every V-GRO 5-Tier Growing Tower carries a 90-day structural warranty from the delivery date.
Coverage. Nanoco Ventures LLC warrants to the original purchaser that the structural parts of the V-GRO 5-Tier Growing Tower will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 90 days from the delivery date. Structural parts are the growing trays, tier separators, the top pipe section and the plumbing kit fittings.
Remedy. If a covered part fails within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair or replace the part free of charge, including shipping within the United States. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original period. Repair or replacement is your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty.
Not covered.
- Normal wear, cosmetic marks, and colour change over time.
- Consumables, including net pots.
- Damage from misuse, modification, improper assembly, dropping, freezing, overloading, or use with parts not supplied by V-Gro.
- Discoloration or brittleness from prolonged unshaded outdoor sun exposure.
- Damage from water pressure, pumps or fittings outside the plumbing kit's rated use.
- Pumps, reservoirs, water-treatment products, grow media and any third-party item, which are covered only by their own manufacturers' warranties.
- Any tower not purchased directly from vgro.shop or an authorized reseller.
No liability for consequential damage. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nanoco Ventures LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the tower or its use, including water damage to floors, walls, furniture or property; loss of plants, crops or fish; loss of time or income; or costs of substitute products. Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion may not apply to you.
Implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranty, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is limited in duration to the 90-day period of this Limited Warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Your responsibilities. The tower circulates water. You are responsible for choosing a location that can tolerate water, using a drip tray or catch basin where needed, checking fittings and flow after assembly and after any change to the system, and not leaving a newly assembled system unattended until you have confirmed there are no leaks. Outdoor placement should be shaded or covered.
To claim. Contact us through our contact page within the warranty period with your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the part. We reply within one business day. Do not return parts without instructions from us.
Transfer. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser at the original delivery address.
