Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only. We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, freight forwarders or parcel-forwarding services. Orders placed with those addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Processing time. In-stock orders ship within 2 business days from California (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). If an item is delayed we will email you with a revised date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Rates. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight of your order and your address. You see the exact cost before you pay. We do not offer free shipping.

Multiple parcels. The tower ships from us. Pumps and water-treatment products ship directly from our distributor partners, so an order may arrive in more than one parcel with separate tracking and on different days.

Delivery estimates. Domestic ground typically arrives 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Transit times are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. If a parcel is more than 5 business days past its estimated date, contact us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

Delivery and risk of loss. Delivery is complete when the carrier records delivery to the address you gave at checkout. Once delivered, the parcel is your responsibility; we cannot refund or replace parcels that are lost or stolen after the carrier's delivery scan. We recommend shipping to an address where someone can receive the parcel. If tracking shows delivery but you did not receive the parcel, tell us within 3 days and we will assist with a carrier investigation.

Address accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. Parcels returned to us for an incorrect or incomplete address are handled under the Refused or Undeliverable section of the Refund Policy.

Damage in transit. Report within 7 days of delivery with photos, per the Refund Policy. Keep all packaging.
